Bought primarily for skipping outside as I didn’t want to scuff and wear down my weighted rubber skipping rope on the concrete . It works fantastically for skipping and is a much cheaper alternative than a skip bar which retail around £59.99, this does the job and is exactly the same ( bigger ) for a fraction of the price. It’s also great to stretch in and do yoga. It’s well built and it’s not heavy to roll up and store away; so highly recommended! Great for people with back injuries (which I have) as it’s not heavy . Overall it’s highly recommended from myself.

A good size mat for Covid home exercise - I use it for cardio, aerobic and weights based- mainly - YouTube classes. Easily cleaned and comfortable on carpet- not tried it on a hard surface. My only reservation is that this mat slips a bit on carpet

Not huge but fits under static spin bike. Can easily be wiped clean. Also, not thick but dents from e.g. cleats come out quickly. I wouldn't use as an exercise mat on its own, it's not thick enough, but it covers the carpet beneath which is exactly what I got it for
