Bought this for my daughter as a crash mat as it was advertised. Sadly the foam is far too firm and it provided no shock absorbance at all when landing even from a standing height. Also the integrated “handles” are too small even for tiny hands to use. We therefore returned it for a refund which is a slight pfaff as the return could not be done through Amazon but had to directly contact the supplier. Thankfully we were supplied with a paid return label without quibble (otherwise to cover the cost ourselves would have been at least £20 due to size of the item).

Its a good quality mat, take a good hit. I do aerial on a 3m rig and dropping on to it from max 1 meter from the ground, it handles nicely and no injuries. Though there was a lump in the mat I found when I first came to use it - and found a sweety wrapper in there 🤢 (I have no pets or kids so definitely didn't come from me)
